Well..currently in class now waiting for my turn to consult bout my progress. Its week 7 now and progress hasnt been too good. Mainly because 2D animation isnt really my thing. Would have loved to experiment with so much more, especially with video. Need to get my act together and produce portfolios

OK... i just realised that I didnt publish the post before leaving class.hahaha.. I'm a genius. Anyways... Its a Friday night.. and I'm home alone. Seeing that Photoshop has been brought up on several occasions and I've splurged 80bucks on magazines, I decided to open up photoshop and test my rusty skills.

I've always liked the dirty grungy style and I was trying to make a desktop wallpaper..just for fun....so...

this was what I came up with.... when u look closer, theres alot of mistakes. Some parts are retarded.ahhaha but..Oh WELL.... And I couldnt decide which one suits better, so I made a few copies.

One which has less detail in the back. A much cleaner treatment....

And another one that is... similar to the first one...except that the color is slightly lighter.. Cant seem to see much of a difference here.

I sense that its not really complete... but to add more things to it would just complicate the composition and might just ruin the entire thing instead of doing any good. I would love feedbacks or perhaps a collaboration with someone??? haha. ok.. I'm done for the night.

Last note: I've got myself a new phone, since my current contract is about to end. Its the N95i. Might have been an impulse buy, I dont need a new phone but.. its nice to have a change =) I hope the phone isnt smarter than me, coz it says SMARTPHONE when I connected it to my comp via bluetooth.haha ok, lame. Off to bed now. Nights.

I'm actually not joking about the title. Morning here.. is all gloomy and shit. So, yeah, pretty suitable come to think of it. =) Besides bitching bout the weather half the time, I'm gonna be all happy clappy now coz, I'm in the mood to update bout some new editions in my apartment. Firstly, I ordered the Anjunabeats jacket bout 2 weeks ago, has FINALLY ARRIVED!!!

this is what you call early preparation. I will PROUDLY wear it on Global Gathering.

And, today, we popped by JB Hi-Fi for awhile. And somehow I cant seem to pull myself away from that place without holding a yellow plastic bag. So, this time, I couldnt resist buying the Armin Only 2006. I know its a little old, but sometimes, old songs are great, when you get bored of the new ones. So,these things never really die off anyways.

But the best thing around the apartment now is the arrival of the 5.1 logitech speakers. But um, me being too greedy bought it without thinking whether my lappy could take it or not. Which, turns out... it couldn't. Or at least I dont think it could. Need to upgrade my sound card. But all is not wasted, I wired 3 of the speakers to the TV, so now my lappy n TV are kinda like.. sharing the speakers. So what I did was...this

if you can see it.. its just sitting on the arm rest of my sofa. Thats the rear 2 speakers andddd

Thats the other 3 speakers in the front. Oh thats Armin Only 2006 thats playing there. Right timing even, check out the lasers. hehe. Now I can watch my Armin Only with mucccchh better sound quality *grin*. Ahh.. I love my new home now, which isnt really healthy for me sometimes. I'd rather choose to stay home than to go out. Saves money, dont you think? =D

Helloooo world! this is my first post blogging from my brand new lappy! Finally it has arrived. Been waiting for this for over a week. I'm absolutely excited. I feel like I dont wanna sleep and just spend my time exploring my new love. eheheh. Too bad, I need to pack my bags and WASH the DISHES! coz I'll be leaving for Penang later in the morning. Lookie here... I got myself a new toy. Finally, I dont have to draw using the stupid mouse. Even a stick man looks bad. Makes my work so much easier. Especially when I'm very tight on time, I need to save up as much time as possible.


Lo and Behold!, my Wacom Graphire 4. Its just a Graphire la, no funky funky Intuos3. Thats way too expensive for someone at my level.


There.. look at my little chili. Hahaha, It looks more like a red spoon with green stuff sticking out, I still need more time to get used to it. So far so good. Lovin it. =) For 550bucks, it sure is worth it. If only Intuos3 wasnt so expensive.... nevermind.. next time next time. When I'm able to earn, I'd get it. hehe, ok back to work!
