Another day turns into night

So...I finally handed in my Major Project proposal on Friday and...70% of the weight were off my shoulders. I have a lil bit of time before continuing on my next assignment. Need to get more sleep. I have been having a mild insomnia...probably due to the lack of sleep while I was rushing for that assignment. In 40 hours, I've only slept for about 2 hours, no kidding. But I think the record was higher, back in LUCT days. And because I'm stayin awake for so many hours, its making my mind wonder again. Its like an animal that broke out of a cage. Its crazzzzyyy! Well anyways, had some.....retail therapy today. haha. Ok, I'm not shopping because I'm emo. The exchange rate dropped! What a  great time to be buying all the things that I've wanted now! Still looking for my Kevin Lyons, hoping to spot somewhere that gives a good price, and ASAP!

When You Could Give So Much More

Woot! I've finally gotten my present!!!

Its called Melbourne Dunk!. Been waiting for it for awhile, ever since Andrew poisoned me sometime last month. Just picked it up today, all the way from Chadstone. All that traveling is worth it! as they still had this last piece of that size. Ok, let me tell you the miraculous story of my dunk and me. I arrived at the mall at around 1 something in the afternoon, entered the shop and asked for the shoe. The dude asked for my size and I said "7 or 7.5". He said he had one last 7.5 left. As I was trying it on, he was telling me that actually, that pair has been booked, by someone else, but he was late to return to the shop so he gave it to me instead! There were only 3 pairs of shoes left in then, the 7.5, 10.5 and 11. I couldnt even be bothered about thinking twice. All the way there, and the shoe fits, PAY! Furthermore, the exchange rate has gone down abit, so that makes the shoe even more worth it! I'm so happy now, I cant take it off to go to bed.

So, there you go. As requested by Panda neekee. Dont bomb my house. I've blogged bout it.

Late Night Alumni - Empty Streets


Trance songs have a way of making me feel more depressed sometIMes, thanks to the crazy lyrics, planting thoughts in my head... just like today.I decided to walk home today,at 12am. During those times, trams take an awful long time to arrive at the stop. It sure was a long and not to mention quiet walk. 40minutes.Empty Streets, a perfect song to accompany me, while my head rummages through old memories and all the "What ifs".Got me thinking abit...I wont deny those thoughts did bring me down a little, but I guess, sometimes being able to feel this way, reassures me that I'm human. Sometimes I go through the days with no emotion, its like the days have gone to waste as I'm not feeling anything, I'm not feeling life. What is life, if there is no pain huh?

And then I arrived home, downloaded Grey's Anatomy and there was this bit about memory lost from an accident. And I was just thinking about....well,life and death. And I was checking out my calender and I realized its the 6th today. Its been 6 months since Andrew had passed, times flies huh? As compared to where you are, Andrew, I'm still here, I'm still the same. it just got me thinking, if I have lived my life. If I have contributed anything to life...If I have made amends and said what I wanted to say just in case it would be too late? Or should I even be keeping all those until the "time is right"? Should I be actually doing it all the time to avoid "unfinished business"? Should I be making an effort to leave behind the pride and shame and wear my emotions on my sleeve? Are the walls that I've built around me too high? Ultimately.. Does my existence mean anything? I can start a wholeee 4563456345page book bout questions on life and my purpose and why and how and all that crap... but that is gonna be insane, and it probably would never be published until...maybe the day I die. So, lets just leave it as it is. Daylight savings has started. I am now 3 hours ahead from home, in case anyone is interested to know. Its 5.10am here now and I cant sleep. Switchfoot's "on fire" no longer does the job. I need an alternative.

WOot! I'm back again. Alrightey... updates for this week. Road trip to Mt. Dandenong...among other things. Where should I start.... erm... ok Thursday, was the arrival of a visitor from home! Mr. Eugene (lamer) arrived, but I didnt get to see him then coz, we went to the Royal Melbourne Show and was too tired by the time we got back to the city. So.. Friday, we went to Se7en, because thats the one thing that the lamer missed and thats probably his main reason to come all the way back here. I guess in some ways, it was also to have a celebration for all the September babies. We had 2 bottles, but the party didnt end there. The bottles finished pretty quickly. I guess everyone was in the mood to drink, trying to get us September babies down. I managed to dodge a few, and the bottles finished before I felt much. For some, it ended pretty early, but for me... it was like a hungry dog who have not seen food in a million years. Easier said.... what I did, was suicidal. I took memory lost and "kereta terbalik" to a whole new level. RIGHT! moving along! Sat was spent recuperating at home, as I was so hung over, it was beyond hung over....o.O

SUNDAY! we all woke up early... and by early I mean 8am! met up at Slinky's place, where we all were set to gather. The attendance of the day was...Slinky,Nat, Ivan, Cinvin, Eugene, Tracy, Vincent, Jinyin, Matt and myself. 5,hopped on into a poWaRh-fuLL rented car and the other 5 in Matt's car and off we went on our journey. The trip took us... about an hour plus. Our first stop was.... the Tulip farm. I dont think I've ever seen so many freaking flowers in one place, in my life! Well, I have to admit, it was quite pretty.



There were some weird sculptures, among all the flowers. Seriously like thorn among the roses kinda thing.


When you see lonely sculptures stoning in the middle of the fields,keep them company!

After the flowers got boring, and it started reminding me of my assignment, we decided to move on. All the FUNGRY fellas, were eager to have food, any later and we might just eat up those pretty flowers. Supposed to have Miss Marples, or something like that, but it was SUPER FULL HOUSE. We all cant wait so we had Flippin Pancakes instead. Therefore... my lunch was.. pancakes -____-" its alright. Better than nothing. When we were done rejuvenating ourselves, we continued our journey up to the peak. And the view... Fooohh... nothing short of amazing. =)


From up there, we can see almost the whole of Victoria. We could see the city.. which is REALLY SMALL, surrounded by this giant area of suburbs. Pretty cool.

And.. it was a nice and sunny afternoon, so those camwhores did what most white ppl would do when they see sun... Lie on the grass.

I on the other hand... walked around by myself for awhile to see if there was anything interesting to make it into the photo album. Which turns out.... not really. mehh...


Shoe of the day, my NB! its enjoying the view too. =) The rest of the photos will be up in my Flickr album, when I have the time to edit it, and when I have the quota to upload. Currently I'm downloading a massive file that is 14gb or so. Pheww... its been 4days, and i'm still not done! Aight.. till the next time...or next outing....
