She turns the BiG 2 today. Increasing her volume level from 1.9Db to 2.0Db. I'm unfortunately still here while again....everyone is over there. I wish that I could be there, even if only for the weekend. But..I'm not that rich therefore, that isnt an option. Only thing left to do, is to show the world, what having you around is like.


Over the past years, we've had, 2 birthdays together, Christmas, new years eve and an amazing trip. Ahem... only 2 birthdays because...you were uncool in school.hahaha. =p But.. despite being uncool, we've manage to groom you well, because now I actually notice that you're missing. =D I mean...Its quiet here without you. In a short period of time, I feel that you understand me well, an we've bonded pretty good, maybe its the birthday thing. But that aside, you're deeper than that bImbO look you put up. Keep it that way. You're my source of entertainment.

Our Langkawi-Penang trip. That must have been the bEst trips I've had with friends ever. I'm so in love with Langkawi because of that trip. Before that trip, not everyone knew each other. In the end, I think you should thank me for inviting you for this la... hahaha Slinky and William are nice friends arent they?

In My Dreams,Everyday

Saturday was spent at college. From 9am till almost 8pm doing the shooting of the band for our video project. Needless to say, it was tiring. Although we all didnt do much, but running around doing small little errands was bad enough. The damned drum set is HEAVY! I didnt know what I was carrying until they opened it. All the crash and cymbals in one case. omg...I need to work out. Overall, it might have been a waste of time having so many people there and nothing much to do, but it was fun. Its an experience. I have never been to a shooting of a video before. Professionally, I mean. Nothing that involves a real client or being part of a crew. Yesterday I had that taste. You know what? Shooting is the easy part. Its the planning thats the pain in the butt. I didnt bring my camera, so no pictures or videos from me. Cant post up the actual footage as well as this is considered a "job". So, will have to wait till the end of the semester when I've submitted the work. =)

ahh...now the dilemma. Should I switch to Film after my diploma? or should I continue with the multimedia degree? Post production isnt really my kinda thing. I'm tired of facing the computer already, need some field work! how how how....I'm such a confused person.

Just A Thought

Recently, life has been so....boring. Or Routine. On weekdays, it would be college, home, work[some at least], sleep. On weekends, Its just a small little get together for some drinks and I'm home before 4? Even clubbing dont really appeal to me anymore. Unless its event nights, of course. Hmm... lets see. Hold while I scout around my brain for unusual things the past week...... K, daddy's stupid fish died. Personally, I think it committed suicide. That fish would have bought me quite alot of drinks..uh I mean THINGs. Never invest in animals, in my opinion, never invest in anything that has a life. More often than not, you cant control em.

Next.... I've been having this crazy craving for lamb and sushi this wHolE week. Who's up to take me to lunch/dinner? I dont need victoria station lamb. Hartamas Square lamb will do. Sushi, well. If you have any idea to get cheap sushi besides buying them from Jusco, let me know.

Oh and did you know, beer saved my throat? My throat has been feeling uncomfortable for a couple od days. I'm thinking its that damned tonsillitis still lurking around. So Friday night after my lamb session at hartamas Square, I had some beer at DeCanter. 2 Mugs only, went home drank some water and Waaalllaaaaaa, I woke up with no sore throat. Amazing, no? This is not in the mind, dont give me that crap talk. Seriously, it went away! Must try that more often.

Ok well, thats all the "happening" things that happened this week. I'm bored now and not really feeling that damn storyboard and my animatics so this is pretty much my last resort.Aight...next time.

I Guess Your State Of Mind...

Ookay, the pictures are in. This sentence is a warning, for thosE who cant take the load, I suggest you stop right here before its too late.hehehe.

First of all, we shall begin with Thursday night, which was Merdeka Eve. I had class till 4pm, hung around till bout 5 then we headed from William's place in Kembangan straight down to Sunway, coz I needed to look for a nice parking spot or I will have to walk 256245 million miles after the event. Arrived at bout 6ish and met Cheryl, Nat and Vincent at Pyramid Starbucks before heading to Teppanyaki for dinner. After dinner, we walked around, Oh I bought the PVD's new album, In Between there for 48 bucks...I reckon its cheap. Later on, we went in Giant to buy beer. Since the event sells beer for like...15bucks a can, we would much rather save the money and drink outside before goin in. And that was what we did. Bought about....12cans and sat at the parking lot. We entered the arena at about...10ish coz Phynn was going to play at that time.

The group...there were more...Kheng Wey, 69 and friend, Arvin, Seng, Jean and 2 of her friends.. uh...I cant remember everyone. sorry....

Next night, Merdeka Day at Zouk. Before Zouk, we headed down to KL early in hopes of meeting PVD at the hotel when he arrives. Unfortunately, I was late and I didnt get to take a picture with him. Jean n William managed to... =\

So...feeling sad and all, we checked into Concord where we were going to stay for the night after the event. We had quite alot of time to waste so we did some...."photoshoot". I'm too lazy to post poser pictures of everyone. So this shall be it.

Aight, moving on. We got ready quickly after a short trip to KLCC for dinner and I got myself a new shirt because I forgot to bring one from home. We changed, put on make up[not me la], did our hair, in other words, we pimped ourselves and left for Zouk at around 10pm. We walked from the hotel mind you. Yeah, so got in,tables, bottles, people,music. Paul started his set at around 11ish, just in time, as we settled down. We were all ready to be amazed.

Me and little girl....I dont remember taking that picture nor do I have any iDea what the hell I was doing. That is just so....cannot make it. Ah, thats my new shirt, Picked by Nat because I wasnt allowed any black or gray. Needed a little getting used to. Coz orange n red is kinda...bright for me.

This has been SOME weekend. Its super long to begin with. And it was just a blast. Here's a preview. Thursday, merdeka eve, Sunway Mynationkl rave with Phynn,Cosmic Gate and Thrillseekers. Friday, uncle Paul, Paul Van Dyk at Zouk. Saturday, drinking at Mardi Gras, friend's bday. It ended like how a club with kids would end. As soon as I get the pictures/videos I'll elaborate. At the mean time, happy figuring out my weekend.......if anyone bothers. I'm super tired now, gonna crash and hope I wouldnt get a hang over when I wake up. Good nights.

well, well what do you know. I'm sick. .... I have...Tonsillitis. You know, that white spots on the tonsils. That was the cause of my high temperature. =( I was supposed to get a jab to my butt, but I've decided to take the antibiotics first. If it doesnt go away, I'll have 2 jabs to my butt. One More Time

My tagboard conversation and my trip back to Orange in Hartamas has brought back really fond memories. My 19th and Shannie's 18th bday. I havent been back there since that shameful night. Up until last Saturday. I can hardly remember what the inside of Orange looked like, but the minute I was in there I could remember who was sitting where and what we were doing...prior to drinking of course. I even remembered where the goldfish tank was. Oh the happy times.

Manchester United won the Community Shield 3-0 on penalties after the match had finished 1-1 after 90 minutes. Edwin van der Sar was the hero, saving three Chelsea spot-kicks from Claudio Pizarro, Frank Lampard and Shaun Wright-Phillips while United couldn't miss. In normal time Ryan Giggs had put the Red Devils in front only for Florent Malouda to level.

I cant drink anymore....or maybe I just shouldnt drink anymore. Recently, my body seems to be rejecting it, or showing signs that its not in a good condition anymore. The only acceptable drink is beer, all my whisky and cognag is killing me. I'm not drunk at all on the night that I'm drinking, but the shit happens the next morning, I'm puking like.....some pregnant woman with morning sickness.Omg....What is wrong with me? I'm only 21...not even 21 yet and my body is holding me back from all the joy in the world.hahaha.Ok that was dramatic, but I just had to. Whats a party without alco?! Alcohol bonds people.....

Ahh..these days I dont get drunk anymore. Before I manage to get there, my stomach will burn. Ok...I think this is a whole load of nonsense. Now,serious update....I'm back in college after that almost 3 months off complete slacking and bumming around. I still havent registered because I couldnt wait for my lectures to be done with whatever they were doing....and therefore...I have not settled the payment..bla bla bla. As for my major, I'm still really thinking about it. I was caught between VIDEO and INTERACTIVE MULTIMEDIA[thats mostly web design]. Uncle said dont bother with web....n take video instead. I'd really love to take video, but I'm suddenly afraid of taking up that challenge. Maybe I'm afraid of disappointing my lecturer AGAIN....Maybe I'm afraid of the workload...sighh... need to decide.

Sometimes, It Just Aint Enough

Everyone is gone again. Every Feb/march and June/July, I feel that urgent need to leave this country and join them in the land down under. And then college starts, and my fighting spirit dies. Well, college hasnt begun yet. I'm still bumming around the last few days of my holidays, watching all the box sets, and just when I think I couldnt get anymore...lifeless..... I got hooked on bejeweled.....again.

Day 3,12th July, Jeemay's birthday celebration at Neway karaoke. I'm no fan of singing. but majority agreed so, what the hell..drinks were cheap there. So we had beer, and Black Lable. NO one got drunk...big group..and only ONE bottle. sigh... Oh maybe Edmund did get high.hahahahaha. And.... Happy birthday Carmen

Day 4, Friday the 13th. Flabby's actual bday. Had dinner at her place with her family. Didnt know that I was the only invited guest. So proud. I must be loved.ahhaah. Ok after that, Zouk, with Flabby, Krystal.....and 2 of her friends tagged along.

Had 2 jugs of beer. Sober...maybe because some of the beer spilled thanks to some idiots who are bLinD when they walk. Gosh...look at muh face...it is FAT...must be the beer.*shakes head*. Met Rachel, Phui Leng and gang. We left early.







Day 5, Happy birthday Michelle, my little friend back in Taylors. Celebrated in Loft. 2 bottles of Black Lable. Tell you the truth... I was surprised I didnt even feel a thing. I was more tipsy in Zouk than I was in Loft.Ah... I'm not a beer drinker. Considering the level that I started with, ONE jug, really... is an accomplishment. And.. I cant get pictures for this event because that lil monkey has gone to Bali with her beau. Will have to wait till she gets back.

Day 6, Happy birthday Tim, my nephew. Had Seafood dinner and wine. But I opted not to have any, because I wasnt feeling too good.BLACK HAWK DOWN~~ Who would have known, I was having fever the whole day. Stupid me thought I was losing braincells from all the drinking. It was just fever. No worries, I aint dumb....yet. ahhaha. aight then.. thats all for now. Now that I'm not sick anymore, will be heading to Zouk tomoro for mambo. The little girl challenged me to drink BL with her. So, stay TunEd for updates.Hhahaha.

To The Sand,The Purest Sand

I need to learn how to swim. Seriously. Okay, here's the full report on my Redang trip. In the evening of Tuesday, 3rd of July 2007, we,[Keng Aik,William and I] left KL to Penang.Drove there, had some fun with cars on the road to pass time. Arrived in Penang 2 1/2 hours later. Pretty fast if u asked me. Had dinner, chilled with William's family and went to sleep. No, we didnt drink this time. Didnt have the time to go over to Penang Island. At bout 5am, we left his house for the airport. We were taking a flight to Terengganu. The plane is damn cute. Propeller plane. It was my first time in those kinda plane.Cut me some slack. Flight took about an hour 15 minutes to arrive in Terrengganu. Then it was into the parking lot into a van that took us to a jetty in Merang.

Waited for this lil guy, to take us on a 45ish minutes ride to Pulau Redang. The ferry ride wasnt the most pleasant kind I'd say. Good thing I was tired and managed to take a nap, or I too, will join that lil brat behind me to throw up.uGh... ok, that aside. Survived the ride and arrived at the resort. That place is beautiful. I dont know what the other resorts look like or where the other ppl are, but this resort looks like its an island on its own. We were given a short brief on what you can do and what you cant do in the resort and stuff.

We couldnt wait for the tram, so we walked, it was a short walk to the lobby, so I snapped while walking. As you can see, I was pretty far behind, taking my own sweet time to look around.hehe.

This is the area in front of the lobby, where we waited to get our rooms and bags. There is also a small stage where they have live band performing every night. Nice place where people can go and just chill while having some beer or wine...whatever.

Ahh.... tHIs... is room 409. In other words... my room and that is my balcony...sweeet, aint it? I could just camp outside and stare into the sea.

Oh, and we were told that the show...Summer Holidays, or something like that staring Sammie Cheng was shot here on this beach...which is just...below my room. Not that its a WOW thing..but just so you know.hehe.

Aight...soon after we had lunch, checked into our rooms, we quickly changed into swimming attire and joined the group for snorkeling. It was cool. Being on the west side of the country really deprives you of real natural things. Or maybe its the city that robs away the beauty of nature.

Look at me. Excuse the face.... I cant concentrate on too many things at once. trying to not drown... n hold n breath...guess I forgot to control my face. And lookie...lil nemo swam by.

There... now at least I can control my face....but I was too worried that my life jacket will slip away so..excuse the hands now. I cant swim...remember that. Oh.. those lil blue things on that big yellow coral is called christmas tree. No idea why it is called that.. Not like you can hang ornaments on it...pfffttt....Anyways.. those things are cute. It is usually open..like a clam, but when it detects movements, it will close. Like how it looks above.

On the first night, we just chilled in our rooms, playing munchkins and sipping on beer and snacks. The next night, which is also our last night, we took a walk around th beach area. Found this place that has blue sand. Well.. its not that the sand is blue..but its some kinda algae that is blue....like LED lights kinda blue. After playing with those blue things, we went over to the "disco"[or whatever it actually is] to look for William's god sister and have some drinks. We went in early so I guess at that time, that place is a KTV. We sang some songs, and then later,the lights would go off and the DJ starts dropping some hip hop stuff. Too bad the DJ suCkEd big time, and the only people who didnt notice the shit job were the VIP's kids who were dancing all over the dancefloor. That aside... the place closes at around 1.30am so we went back to our rooms to knock out as we were already pretty darn tired.

We got up late the next morning and missed breakfast.pffftttt. Needed to check out at 11am and we woke up at 10.30. Genius. Good thing it was 10.30 and not 11.30. Had to buy our own meal. Then we went over to the beach and took pictures.

Pictures look pretty good ey? haha there was no cameraman. The camera was on one of those benches and was set to timer. I swear... it looks pretty stupid if you were a passerby. You would probably be thinking why the hell are those people standing in the middle of the beach...all facing our backs to the sea and smiling at god knows what.

And soon, it was time to go. We hopped on board the last ferry leaving the island which is at 1 something. We stayed at the rest house in Terengganu town until around 7pm because our bus only departs at 10pm. Ok... need to add that the bus..was pretty shitty but 8 hours passed by pretty quickly. And with that... I arrived back in KL at 6ish in the morning....Fono kor kor picked me up and we had dim sum and I came home to crash. The rest of them..decided to go get the next bus back to Penang. And so...this trip was over. It sure is a great one. =)

Oh, and this is random. I was told to watch this video about Evo 8 Vs Lamborghini. hahaha EVO kicked ass. This video just reminds me of why I love that car. Enjoy
