Any Other Day, You Just Look Around And All You See Is Gone

I think you can tell when I'm bored...Anyways... since I do have alot of time in hand, I might as well update. Before my brain dies on me and all these good moments fade away, I shall note them down. Beginning with my return back home on the 18th Dec 2009. Touch down in the morning and TAGging by night. It was a superb night as EVERYONE was out to party and I havent had that kinda opportunity since, my farewell about 1.5 years ago.

It was such a good feeling to have everyone around. Loving that "attik" picture.

Most of my nights were spent in TTDI... either in the German pub or in TDH. We [me, neekee, yinyi] found gold, when we were recommended to try this pizza meatloaf. omg.. its heaven.

and we've been having pork so often, I felt like a pig...

Managed to catch 2manyDjs. Rocking night!! Sweat it all out.. good exercise.

Got the chance to catch Gareth Emery and Markus Schulz as well.. no picture with Markus tho, but it was all good.

6th-9th January 2010 BKK!!

One of the BEST trips ever!! I would say that it was a rather spontaneous trip, the idea was random but the outcome was nothing short of amazing.

its a BUG'S LIFE! tried eating bugs... but all I could muster was a little worm. Salty....

22nd - 25th January 2010 BALI!!

Yup, a short relaxing trip with just 3 friends. It was very different from Bangkok, but it was still good nonetheless. All we did was walk walk walk, eat, walk walk DRINKKKKK, walk walk Shop, had the most amazing dinner seafood on the beach while watching the sun set along with seabreeze....heaven. Found myself 2 moms from the trip. Mommy MunKeng treats me like a baby, taking food for me n peeling my prawns.

Kuta beach was disgusting tho, full of rubbish floating everywhere! Mommy Kwan was by accident thanks to this STEWPID manicure/pedicure lady who thought I was her son. -____-". Oh, story got diverted. Anyways.. Mommy Kwan found a dirty old plate floating on the water while we were playing in it. Yucks...

Tanah Lot. A must go, if you're in Bali. Spent 95% of the time trying to take emo nemo pictures and Balaeric album covers.

And this, is my favo shot of all, pretty much sums up the trip for me as well. Maybe you cant see it clearly, but shes laughing. A very happy picture despite the emo background. Love the contrast.

I know theres not much to show here... there were just TOOOO many pictures taken and I cant possibly put them all here. Its all on FB already anyways...

And thats how 2 months came to pass. Wish all of my holidays will be as precious as that. Its gonna be tough to beat, but now I'm looking forward to whats got installed for me this coming year's end. Thanks for the great 2 months. Till I see you all again... take care and be good =)

Face A Dream, Face The Time That Goes To Haste

Bout 3 weeks back, I made a surprise trip back to KL. But thanks to a few certain smart asses, Neekee n Yinyi knew about it. Pointless of me to go into hiding for a few days. hehe. ANyways.. the trip back was nothing short of amazing. But because it was such a short trip, every single minute counts. Surprised them a day at a time. The best was the Lohs, at Carlos, many thanks to Mabel. I should have brought my video camera back n recorded their faces. hahah priceless. =)

10th July, at Zouk.

The final piece of the surprise was uncle Fono. He was spinning that night and had absolutely no clue that I was gonna go back. He nearly hugged me to death. haha.

It was one of the BEST nights I've had for as long as I can remember. Just the massive attendance of 20 odd people alone that night was sufficient enough to make me happy, what more with all that orgasmic trance tracks. Thanks to everyone who turned up.

14th July. Made a last minute trip to Penang. Reason was to collect Jue's brand new Civic, but I'll take any reason to go to Penang. Though it was just a 24 hours trip, the whole day was very productive, right up to the point where we left. And I drove the Civic all the way back to KL. Must have been one of the best drives ever! SyOk-ness!

15th July. Lapsap at Palate palatte. Lapsap's 2nd anniversary. How fast time flies. Spent most of the time downstairs chilling with the bunch instead. Guess we're too old to be jumping like mad lil kids in the attic hmm?

Brought me nephew out as well... Finally turned 18. Sigh.. 18 was... such a long time ago.

17th July, got to watch Manchester United train. Then it was the loklok party at William's house in conjunction with Jue's 21st birthday. Mission was to get her drunk, but she tapped out before she got to pass out. bleh.

18th July. Bukit Jalil for Manchester United!!! One of the very important reasons for me to be back in KL. I cant say its THE reason, or someone would get upset with me.hehehehe

And again.. with the amazing company that brought lively spirit all the way. The bombing of Indonesia forced the team to cancel their trip to Indonesia and stayed on in KL instead. Therefore, they had a 2nd game with the Malaysia XI again. Didnt miss that as well. How often do u get to see Manchester United play twice!? On top of that.. it was only RM60.

19th July, Spontaneous day trip to Ipoh with Neekee, Yinyi, Mark and Munkeng.

All we did was eat eat eat and eat. Have to admit it was a super fun packed trip. Short senseless games that we played, made the drive seemed like it was from Subang to PJ.

On the last night, we had Daorae for dinner, and movie right after. Just like I did a year ago. And just like that... it was over. It has got to be the BEST 2 weeks of my life..The timing was just right for everything. Wouldnt trade that for anything else. Now I'm back in Melbourne for my 2nd winter and strangely, it feels no different from the first winter. Goodbyes are always hard to take, even for the 100th time. Its that happy feeling that you get every time you enjoy a brief moment with people closest to you, that is what makes it difficult and that is all I have to hold on to, until the end of the year...

woosh.. ok panjang emo shites.... Time to grab my dinner and walk my dog... =) Life...

Waaaheeyy~~! Just had to say that, ABOVE & BEYOND was totally ROCKING!!! It was by far THE BEST club night I've EVER HAD. Absolutely amazing. Now I just needed to get it off my chest. Coz I still cant get over it, and I dont have pictures to post up so I shall just update about some old overdue stuff. Penang. Penang part 2 for me.

Penang trip began on the 19th of January for me, the day after Marco V. Still all hung over, I drove up to Penang because little miss Juliana had to go home. I guess Wirriam trusts my driving enough to take his little sister home. Mind you, I've never driven so far out of KL before. No.1 Its my first time driving that kinda distance No. 2, it wasnt my car No.3, I was still a little hung over. I was a little scared, honestly.... But all was good, the journey was shorter than expected. With only one stop for petrol, we took only about 3 hours to reach Tambun, where we had dinner. So, I stayed with William's family for a week until the rest of the kambings came up for the weekend the following Friday.

The whole KL group....minus the monkey on my left. Stayed at Stella Maris again, this time we got the apartment.


And what do we all do best in Penang...? Yeah, eat eat and eat of course. First night, our dinner was at Gurney. Apparently there are some Penang virgins, so we "de-virginized" them. lol. Went over to Gurney plaza to get some food, snacks and drinks. The alcoholics in me n Jue came out and we bought ourselves a 12-pack beer. Nothing much the first night, only me, Joel and Jinyin stayed up late drinking while waiting for Jue to return from... I dont know....she went out somewhere.

DAY 2!!!

We went to town with the help of Danny-lorong and Teng Han.


Ate some CHICKEN,Cendol,noodles, rice, and other shit loads of food. Then disaster struck, halfway thru lunch I got a call from William saying my car brokedown, of course I didnt believe him. I was determined to not be fooled by him. But unfortunately, its for real. My FREAKING radiator burst in the middle of Ipoh and he got stuck there. Mixed emotions, and I lost my appetite, I was half pissed coz I JUST serviced my car the week before, confused because I couldnt believe it and I also felt really bad that my friend is stuck in Ipoh by himself. SIgh... so after food, everyone went down to Ferringi beach, I was a lil moody but it was okay.

Volleyball took my mind off the problem.... my arm hurt too much!

At night, after dinner, William finally made it back up to Penang to join us. Plus Teng Han, Jay Jay and Samantha, Danny and Elaine. Elaine didnt stay very long tho. We bought beer. LOADS of beer, we had to go to 2 different 7-11's because we wiped out all the beer in one outlet Anchor STRONG is the shit.

Ahh, it was a good trip. Of course, Penang didnt end for me the next day. While the rest of the gang headed back home, I couldnt leave just yet because my car was still stranded in Ipoh. So, I extended another week in William's house. I only got back to KL on the 2nd of February. 2 weeks in Penang. And everyone here thinks that I'm migrating over there. Take it easy ppl. its just 2 weeks. hahaha. But it was all good. I had alot of fun, despite being stuffed with vege and fruits everyday. I wake up early every morning and sleep early almost every night. I was "assistant coach" to the little kids. I got to watch a swim competition. I had no smokes or drinks while I was staying at the house. Achievement, yes? I think its a DAMN good change. haha. Thats all, folks.

Two Worlds Torn Apart

I'm not even done with the 2007 events yet. All my unfinished business. Ok.. I'll make a quick one. Beginning with Christmas. 2007 Christmas was the first year I celebrated with my family. Every other year, its just another excuse to go out to join in some party somewhere. Destination? Genting.

Santa came in a form of a wrinkly "old" man who came to fix the computer.

why "old"? Bcoz he doesnt want to admit that he's old. The older he gets, the younger he wants to be.

Dinner was turkey, ham and sausages.

Stupid me forgot the tripod, had to use whatever available. Everyone was too hungry, no one bothered to pose for another shot, so thats the best group shot I've got.

I pumped up the Iso to 1600, and.. I forgot the shutter speed. Anyways, I just like how the back lights looked like its some kinda explosion while the subjects, me.. and bro n nephew are still not over exposed.

On the way down, we took the cable car. My sister is afraid of heights, she hugged the pole and hid her face the whole way UP and DOwN.



We came back down after the "countdown".

Had the... jello.. something like that. It was so cute. it had Snowmens and candy cane and all

mom cut the snowman's body. Everyone got emo.... because the snowman was headless... or bodyless.haha

It was pretty good. So.. yea, that was my Christmas. Boring...but ok la..... acceptable.

NEXT.... Penang trip....omg.. need to wrap up 2007 already.....so lagging.
