Can You Feel It?

Ronski Speed is AbsoLutely AwesomE! Rocking set, awesome lineup of vocal trance. I guess maybe the sense of familiarity made it even better. Having to know quite a number of the songs just made it even sweeeter. Theres nothing like singing to the songs that you know. Oceanlab's satellite, Can't sleep A&B, Dogzilla's without you, Sarah mclachlan's Silence, G&D's Tracking treasure down,Cosmic Gate's Should have known, gosh, I screamed like a mad horse on steroids. I think I was over exited or over worked myself, I experienced some chest pain/cramps whatever and it was difficult to breathe. Wasnt the first time so it was cool. I knew it would go away soon and stayed in the mainroom not wanting to spoil anyone's fun. Patience is a virtue ey? yeah, wasnt very long after that, Ronski played his infamous hit, Incognition. See, good thing we didnt hang around outside =).

The company that night, needless to say, was AWESOME. Initially I thought it was just gonna be me, Krystal, William and Rachel. Turns out, Slinky, Vincent, Bryan Chin, Kel Li, Nat, Joel and Calvin made it too. Bet you guys had no regrets NOT changing venues after collecting tickets huh? Oh, Jace was there too...with...3...different girls. I think she layan-ed the girls more than the music. Bumped into Phui Leng as well too. She dropped by awhile, didnt stay for long coz her friends were over at velvet. Uh.. ok.. I think thats all the people that was there.


Oh, Did I mention that it rained like a bitch just b4 the event? Damn. I swear clouds hate the raining trio.hahaha. Wasnt raining b4 we arrived and it wasnt raining back at our homes. It rained in zouk, where the 3 of us were. crazy.


AND... entry was made possible by Fono kor. I would have been left stranded in the rain if he hadnt came to our aid. Hahah. Ok, I added alot of spices. But yeah, Still have to thank him for bringing me in. =) Btw.. Im not actually that tall, and he's not actually thAt short. We were standing on different levels. Tho I would have loved to keep it quite n not admit.ehehe. NEeEd to add also, Fono played a marvelous warm up set. Too bad it wasnt recorded. =
After the show, it was to the backstage, into the DJ console area for a little meet n greet Ronski session. William got his shirt signed, as usual.

And we, got our pictures taken with him. There see... now it shows how freaking short I am. Ronski had to bend down...to reach...DOWn to us. I can actually look up.. and still see him armpit if he stands straight. hahaha. I'm still recovering from that night. Voice is still... half missing and music is still banging in my ears.



Last night, I went for the Oktoberfest with my family in Deutches Haus, KL. It was grEat! We had so much meat and beer, its enough to last me for a week. German beer is sweet. I think I like it better than Carlsberg. First time I can lift up a glass of alco and cheers with my family. I'm all grown up. LOL. No more drinking coke with the rest of the kids while the adults cheers away. I want in. =) ANDDDDD.... while eating, good thing there was a TV just next to our table. I didnt miss a single moment from the match last night between Manchester United and Liverpool. Oh yes.. you all know how it went down. BWahHAHAhA.

yAy! its the weekend.. its the weekend. *dances around* I woke up at like....12 today. God that feels so goood. As soon as class ended yesterday evening, I felt like im a new person.[not really new new.. but.. u get the point]. Went to Sri Kembangan for dinner.Yeap you got the right Sri Kembangan. Havent been in there since volleyball 4years ago! except for McDonalds. Traffic in there is shitty as hell. Anyways, we..me n William went there to look for William's buddy Eugene. After dinner we headed back down to 1U for movie with Slinky, KeLz, Nat and Joel. Rachel came along with Willie. We watched Open Season. Yeah. cool movie. Animation.. worth paying the 10 bucks to drool over.

Yeah, I was thinking of whether or not I should proclaim my stupidity to the world but heck, I dont care. So here it goes. I stayed up Thursday night to finish my video and 3D work. By the time i finished my video, it was about 5am. Feeling all tired the next morning, I exported the video file getting it ready to bring to college for submission. Unfortunately, my thumbdrive is too small, it couldnt fit in the 2 videos. Soooo... I took the very smart move to take OnlY the project file as I was running late for my Communications studies presentation at 11.30. My lecturer was on MC,[idiot] and I was gonna go to the lab to burn my videos into the disk. *jeng jeng jeng* my project files were empty because there was no original file. Projects files cant work without the original unedited file. So.. hard work staying up all night WastEdddd.*smacks head*. I told my lecturer how stupid I was.. thinking he would be pissed, since my work is AS usuaL..late already. He laughed. Damn.. I actually found it quite depressing. I finished my work! no excuses... but I didnt bring the file. Oh well.. at least he was nice enough to allow me till after the raya holidays. Mr. Mack is da bomB. Why on earth does 3A have a problem with him. hmmm.

Anddd.... for those who have not heard bout the news. Hot and Sizzzlinggg news. ARMIN VAN BUUREN is coming back! NOV 24th 2006!

Its 3.30 in the morning and I'm still awake. Not by choice definitely. I'm just taking a lil break, from flash. 3.30 in the freaking morning and i'm drawing nEMo stuck to a fishing rod. I think I'm supposed to present it tomorrow morning, not too sure but I guess I could be excused due to that...meeting with RMIT reps and class reps. At times like these I hate doing unnecessary crap. Here I am PACKED with workload and I still have to go survey the course for the RMIT people. Yea sure they're doing this for the betterment of the course...our welfare, whatever..but..but... sigh. Malas. Its just 2 more days till I'm... 60% free!! Actually after tomorrow, there isnt really mucH left. Anyways, I had a presentation today. 2D imaging, which is photoshop class to be exact. Supposed to be some..innovation poster. my quote "be different from others" I had the concept..but execution wise.. kinda failed. William helped me do some LASTTT minute work to cover my ass. Look what came out.

These Days

WHo in the right mind would wanna buy my building? hahaha, people who likes our Malaysian government schools probably. Should have came out with something more interesting. But I was too concern bout whether I could make it happen in 3ds Max. hmmm...bad move. Next Monday onwards, its Hell for me. Monday,flash presentation..progress? 0%. Tuesday submission for 2D imaging...progress? 0% I dont even have my sketches yet! Also, submission for comm.studies2 company report. Ok at least thats ABOUT done. Wednesday, another flash presentation. Progress? 3%. hehe, I've only made the buttons. Thursday...Comm.Studies final exam. OMG la..I dont even know how to write the essay. Ok, this time people... lEave the CHuBBy alone for this week, please do call me again on Friday after 5Pm to check if I'm still alive. After that we all go party ok? I hear Zouk calling me again. err... maybe I'll consider going for the Holloween party as well. Since I missed the terror last year, I wanna see whats installed for us this year in the dungeon on tortures. Friday right after my class, IF I'm not too dead tired by then....

Color Me Beautiful

I woke up as usual and got ready for class, the curtains were left open and I couldnt help but notice the bEautiFul color of the skies outside. yeah, everywhere is the same shade of gray. As, I was driving, I was debating whether I should take a picture n write this log. Even if I miss this haze report, Theres bound to me another haze problem next year anyways. haha. But I feel that, this year is worse than last years. So in it goes in to my archive. PLUS PLUS... I cant take my morning puff while driving, I'm afraid of those gray clouds. This is something, even the raining trio cant help.


Looks kinda like DOooMs day doesnt it? Like this is the realm of hell, its burning so hard that you can only see the smoke, feel the heat and smell the shit. hahaha [sorry, syok sendiri..]

In A Crowd Of People

Its the weekend again. Nothing happened this weekend, except lil minor stuff. We'll start with Friday. Besides the usual long-winded 3D class, Friday night was spent with the family to celebrate the belated birthday of my dear sister. Smart me, brought the camera, but didnt charge the batteries. It died as soon as I turned it on.[switched it on, In case some of u ppl think Differently] We went to Pantai Seafood Restaurant[where else]. Ate like a cow. Cant deny that the food there is the BOMB la. ESPECIALLY that crab...that...er..cheese sauce in that claypot. God knows what its called. OH and also their fried rice... and steamed fish...and.. everything else.There was also the place that I came across this....creature.

Sat, hmm.. Saturday was spent shooting my split screen assignment for video. Before that, I met up with Sudar at Low Yat to get our DV cable. Cant depend on other people's wire anymore. I got my own firewire port as well. So now, no more patty excuses. I have both the 4pin and 6pin port. Anyways, outside of Low Yat, 8tv was having some kinda...road show I think. There was a stage there and we heard, that Daniel sing. Sudar said he didnt turn out as bad as what others said. Dont know. I wasnt paying attention to him, or his singing. I was busy looking at those.. lil booths. From far, I thought they were HUGE ass flies, I went closer to have a peek, on the top of the box it reads, B-Man. That was what it said on the outside. Inside....

Man covered in bees. Wonder what joy he finds in doing that. Wasnt really THAT amusing. I think spinning plates on a stick in your mouth is a much better stun.hehe.

Ok well, thats all for this weekend. Its monday again tomoro, another week closer to all my dead-lines. I should stop now and finish my work. Not to mention, my lecturer is talking me online right this moment. Good thing she didnt ask bout my work tomoro. eheheh. CHaoOoO

I was at MDC yesterday for some class trip. It was cool and all, Virtual Reality, Sgi super computers, 3D animations. All the technology basically. But what was cool was something I saw outside of the building. THIS....


I dont know how can the driver not notice that one wheel was up the curb. Maybe the fella does it everyday, coz there are tyre marks all over the curb.

Wake Up

Last night, Krystal's dad asked me, where's my new love? I said, I didnt have any. He thought I was hiding something, seems pretty sure that I'm not telling him or Krystal anything. But I was really truthful. I wanted to tell him that I'm still pretty shaken from the previous relationship. Its been a long while, but I can still feel the fear. Love now to me, means foolish. People do too much, when they're in love. And in the end, its me giving it all and people taking advantage of that. Other people in their own lovey dovey world is fine with me. Of course I do not go around pointing fingers at them while screaming "FOOOL!". Its just me, and what I feel it has done to me. Yes, people move on. I've moved on. Its just some kind of battle scars that stays with you, eventho you've healed. I've been given a different angle to look at.

I dont know when will I be able to accept "love" in my life again. Or rather HOW I'm going to accept it. I'm certainty not ready. I guess I was never ready when it hit me back then. [yea, so just boolean the shit, loft n extrude it to make something new huh? 3D people] If I can boolean, loft and extrude my brain, that would be good. Krystal, see this is what you do to me when you wake me from my nap. Btw, how do you write a 1500 report on a company? I dont think I've ever talked so much bout something. Yesterday at lunch, A kind flying soul left me a nice present. yEs, those feathered-flying-idiots pOoOPed on me. I'm still wondering if threes any crap in my drink since it was whitish o.0

I was told getting crapped on by birds is sOME kinda good luck, meaning money is coming in. Now im no superstitious believer. I nEarly got the total opposite of my luck. I nEaRly lost my 450bucks that I needed to pay Navin. Besides that, I'm broke as hell so IF the bird shit really works, its a mighty fine time to work now.

Anyways, plans on goin for fatty crab probably sometime next week...anyone interested? let me know. As for now, I'm gonna drowN in mountains high of assignments. AADDDIIOSSSSS =)

My Surprise

Last yesterday after class, I had a msg from Iylia. So I decided to lepak awhile with him, since I didnt have any plans anyways. Then later that evening, Jade called and asked to go for a drink. I agreed since I was gonna go with Iylia anyways. I thought it was gonna be some small lil gathering to countdown. I was wrong. I was heading in for some surprise. First, mOre and moRe people started to turn up. There was like... close to 15 ppl or more. Then 12am. Calls started to come in, Messages. Then I saw it. Something brightly lit at the bar. Jocelyn and Shan was standing there with a cake in hand. It was totally unexpected. I thought I was just gonna stay home, finish my homework and go to sleep. But what I got was a surprise, Lots of people coming to see/wish me and PRESENTS! happy happpyyy chuBBy.

I dont think I've gotten so many presents since a child. I'd have to say, the most impressive present of all would be from Fono. Its a polaroid camera. How cool is that? I was speechless. They were right, I could never have guessed what it was.haha, how can you not love my big brother huh? =) I absolutely lovEd every single piece of gift given to me. The lava lampe, the nice brown shirt, the damn cute ashtray[no im not quitting tomoro!], the photo frame [its sitting on my comp table now], the CAKE!. Not forgetting all those lil writtings in cards. Thank you all, for not only remembering this day but to even bother spending some money on me. Thank you all for the calls, and the messages and those to turned up at DeCanter. *BIG HUG TO EVERYONE*

Rave raves raves. Either they DONT come at all... or they bloody all come at once. Thirst tomoro night, I wont be going. The thing about having all these events coming at once, you have to make a choice. SO... sorry Groove Armada. Your superstylin aint styling me enough to go. I'll wait for Revelation then. Coz all the Zouk DJs are spinning. Maybe I'll make a biG biG banner to support them. HaHHAha...But i think maybe they'll be embarrased =p. Since its organized by the same people that organizes zoukfest, and PLUS PLUS Fono is spinning.... FONO KOR KOR... i want tickets plEAsE? hehehe. I guess the only bad thing bout Revelation is that.. its in that same crappy marina as ther PD rave last year. Cant remember what rave it was. I know Scott Project performed. I didnt like the whole idea of it being there. Maybe because I had some bad experience last year, and for me to go back to that place.. I'm not sure if I will enjoy myself. I sure hope I do. At least I know this time, I'm goin with a more...familiar crowd.

College. Assignments are starting to become a burden. All the subjects are now moving towards the final project. I guess the only assignment that really interests me is video. But it aint easy. Its not just bout taking the camera and pressing the record button. Theres so much more to that. And my group, we've decided to change the whole concept of our video. This time, I have to say, it touches me inside. In someways... it kinda reflects my life. SOME ways.

Okie dokie, time to update bout the rave. Probably the most happening thing that has happened to me since Tiesto. Right, how should I begin? Lets start with desription of the event. Well, I think the place is inappropriate. Loads of reasons as to why I said that, but I suppose everyone has covered that already. I have nothing else to add. Ditto to the walking part and the arena-is-too-freaking-small part. The drinks was not too bad tho. Beer prices cant be helped. 15bucks is rather standart for rave events these days. But the bottle was interesting. I couldnt drink much coz I was driving, so..=\ Anyway, no alco is fine coz Blank&Jones and Gabriel&Dresden played awesome sets respectively. Although there were some fuck ups, which was entirely NOt their fault, they rocked. ALL of us were singing to whatever that we know. As the rush comes, Tracking treasure down, Beautiful things, it was mental. I dont deny I had a good time. BUT..BUTTTT.... G&D, B&J arent the only DJs playing that night, YOu know, they always have someone doing the opening and closing. Well... I'm sorry to say, Mistress Barbara just didnt perform up to standards. Everything else was pretty much good. The company was just awesome too. =) So I shall not complain anymore.

I actually find that having a certain responsibility is quite fun. I guess from yesterday onwards, I'm officially the class rep, as I thought all the while it was a joke. How on earth can I be the class rep? Well, it all started one morning on the second week of classes. I was playing with the Mac's start button. Jakun me has never touched a Mac before this and I the start-up sound...um... interesting [I'm easily amused,so I've been told] So, my lecturer commented that I was hyper, and suggested that I should be the class rep. How serious could that have been? NO one was in class at the time. Maybe bout 4-5 people. It wasnt even on majority vote. I think if it was, I wouldnt have been.

As weeks passed by, with all the RMIT business, signing up for the RMIT student card, enrolling, people kept pushing me to collect the forms, inform my classmates and stuff. And yesterday, I had to go for a meeting with the RMIT reps, LUCT staff and other ADoM class reps.Damn.... but the meeting was quite amusing. As they get older, they have more to say. Sem 6 students had so much to complain that the whole piece of A4 paper wasnt enough to accommodate it all. As for us freshieesss, the 2 of us, had minimal complains. I wasnt actually gonna say much, but since the seniors started first, it gave us some inspiration to go on. Commenting not JUST the computers but bout the lecturers as well. Nothing bad really, just that some people are really monotonous while some moved too fast. Thats bout all. In week 12, there will be another meeting and maybe I'll have more to say... we'll see.

This week, we were also given another task by our dear old video lect. This time, its a group assignment to shoot a video. It revolves around the cat. Instantly, I had a plot on what to do with the cat. I know if I say anymore, I would be able to feel Krystal's eyes shooting daggers at me. I shall not reveal much bout the video just yet. Shall not let excitement ruin everything. I need to go think bout how to shoot it as I am... but the DoP. Thats Director of Photography for those who dont know. hehee. And William is the Director. Maybe we should go get those director chairs ey? haha. Thats a thought. I really hope we do well in this task. The idea, like William would say, is havoc. I just hope we can make the audience feel what we're feeling.
